Ask questions about your recorded calls in plain language, from the AI assistant you already use.
Connect Call Analytics to Claude, ChatGPT or Notion and ask things like “what did we miss last week?” or “summarise Tuesday’s calls for extension 138” — no dashboards, filters or exports needed.
What you can ask about
- Find calls in a date range, then open any one in full — summary, topics, temperament and follow-up items. Narrow by direction, extension, phone number, minimum duration or calls that need attention
- Read a transcript of any call
- Get totals and trends for a period, broken down by day, week or staff member
- List staff and their extensions
- Resolve or re-open a call that needs attention, with an optional note — only when you ask, and only for supervisors and admins
Before you start
You need two values, both shown in Call Analytics under Settings → API & MCP Connections:
|
|
| Connector URL |
https://ci.vaspian.ai/mcp |
| OAuth Client ID (Optional) |
vaspian_ci_mcp |
Adding the connector
- In your AI assistant, open Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.
- Give it a name — we suggest
Vaspian Conversational Intelligence.
- Paste the connector URL above.
- Save, then sign in with your Vaspian One account when prompted.
Once connected, the assistant will list the available tools. You can start asking about your calls straight away.
